Double Shaft Shredder

Double shaft shredder is a low-speed high-torque shear type waste recycling machine. Featuring dual-rotor counter-rotating cutting structure, it crushes materials by squeezing and shearing, which is more suitable for bulky and tough materials than single shaft shredders. Equipped with modular replaceable cutter discs and PLC intelligent control system, the machine supports automatic reverse protection to avoid jamming. The output size is controlled by cutter thickness without screen, and hydraulic pusher is optional for heavy-duty feeding. Covering full model range from DS400 to DS2000, the capacity ranges from 0.4t/h to 28t/h. It is widely used for shredding waste tires, big bags, wood pallets, light scrap metal, household waste and various solid wastes, ideal for waste volume reduction and RDF fuel production.
